What is required for a refund?
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will provide you with a full refund within ten calendar days, providing that the voucher has not been redeemed.
Just call us or send us an email, your request will be confirmed and your refund processed.
Sometimes things happen beyond our control, but we want to ensure that you're satisfied with your purchase 100%.
In the event that a participating business closes down and you have a valid voucher that has not yet expired, we will do everything we can to contact the merchant and obtain a refund.
If we cannot obtain a refund from the merchant we will issue a refund to you for your original purchase amount. This will take between 14 and 21 calendar days.
